I am going to be travelling from Billings, MT, to Washington D.C. on July 29 (I would like to leave early in the morning), and will be returning on August 4 (I would like to return fairly late at night). I would also like a helicopter to take me to my final destination, but I do not need to. Afterwards, it would be nice if the Jet company had a limousine service (I am 15, so it is not legal for my parents to rent a car for me, and I **** public transportation) I am going to charter a private jet. As of now, only I will be going, but I may bring a friend. Which charter companies have worked for you? Which should I avoid? any help is appreciated, thank you.
